I have consumed 80% of Wim Hof’s YT content [ https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCxHTM1FYxeC4F7xDsBVltGg] and my theory is that this cold therapy method might not be effective for people who struggle with different mental health issues (besides depression).
The wim hof breathing technique is excellent, but I feel like I will melt the ice, because I burn hot [rage].
Breath work exercises, binaural beats, brain entrainment, #hypnotherapy, and nature have all been integral parts of my pain-driven, anger-releasing therapy post covid.
