Morning Deep Tissue Massage, Self Myofascial Release + Super Stretch

Woke up a little stiff this morning, so I decided to put on some theta frequencies #binauralbeats, do some deep stretching, and break up more scar tissue with some self myofascial release techniques that work for me.

My brain does not allow me to be inactive, so from the time that I wake up, until the time I go to bed, I am doing some sort of physical labor.

I heard this quote somewhere and really like it, “A body in motion, stays in motion.”

This quote has become a fundamental building block in my recovery regimen.

Once my pain became debilitating after getting rear-ended on 7/17/20, I decided to mentally defeat the pain and push through my own home-based #physicaltherapy program.

Massage, stretching, reflexology, meditation, breath work, and strengthening your core can lead you down a path to #painfree living.

When you are mentally fit, there are no physical limitations.

Here’s a link to my favorite tool on Amazon: https://amzn.to/3NScANG

If you click that link, I might earn a small commission. Hope you found the rolling myofascial release video helpful, but I’m not a doctor and I don’t know anything about you, so consult a professional before doing something that works for me.
