  2. I find when I do any breath of fire work, it energises me during the day, but I also wake up in the middle of the night still energised but also feeling a bit tense? I was doing it for a while and as soon as I stopped practise I went back to breathing normally. Then I started it and insomnia started again. I can do the Wim Hof method and it doesn't do this but the more energizing breaths will do this. Is it bringing adrenalin up, my body has problems processing adrenalin….

  3. Everything cell in my body is dancing! โค๏ธ This was a beautiful practice and I felt the barriers slowly becoming translucent to reconnect with the all surrounding energies. ๐ŸŒป๐ŸŒบ๐ŸŒป

This was beautiful! ๐Ÿ˜ƒ I feel so much more focused and clear-headed after, not only that, I did feel like dancing or moving my body midway during the sessions..is that alright or am I supposed to sit still and continue the sessions the way you describe? It's better to embrace and move towards discomfort, KNOWING that you can handle it, instead of facing away from it..even during breathwork. Let it Take Over !
